Weekend Wanderings #6: Celebrated Summer🍹🦈

Hi! Happy Friday from Forest Heights in beautiful Athens, Georgia.💚

We took a super speedy trip to Myrtle Beach a couple weeks ago and I looove the kitschy charm of the boardwalk. If it weren’t for the onslaught of Trump pop-ups and vape shops, you could make believe you were back in the 80s/90s. It reminds me a lot of the trips I took as a kid to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls’ (I grew up near that border) or a marching band trip to Ocean City I went on literally 25 years ago. Anyway, Myrtle Beach makes me nostalgic even though I’ve only known her in recent years. Here’s my post! So long, summer. 🥲
