Weekend Wanderings #27: Rare Red Moss

Hi! Happy Friday from Forest Heights in beautiful Athens, Georgia.💚🦌

There are so many fun, fleeting plant events in the spring — daffodils, tulips, and cherry blossoms of course. (I highly recommend going to the State Botanical Garden in Athens RIGHT NOW. My boyfriend helped plant over 30,000 tulips there this year!)

But there’s also the rare red moss on our granite outcrops. This week on the blog is Arabia Mountain, an ecological wonder that feels like stepping onto another planet.
