Weekend Wanderings #25: The Heralds of Spring 🌼

Hi! Happy Friday from Forest Heights in beautiful Athens, Georgia.💚🦌

Every early March, we get “false spring” where the weather warms up and I’m sure winter is behind us and it is always A LIE. But this year, I have my hopes up again! The days are getting longer, my allergies are flaring up, and daffodils and snow bells are popping up everywhere. There’s no better time than now through the next 4 weeks to bask in a sea of golden daffodils at Gibbs Gardens in Ball Ground, GA. The garden opens today and they have literally MILLIONS of daffodils blooming in their hills, woods, and fields. It’s a spectacular display! Here’s my post on visiting the Daffodil Festival. ✨🌼✨
